How long does delivery of the samples take?
After your payment has been processed, you will instantly be able to access your downloads from the order confirmation page. Downloads will also be emailed to your provided email address with additional instructions if you need any help.
Are the products on this website royalty free?
All samples & presets on By The Producer are 100% royalty free.
Can i shop in my own currency?
Yes! Just select your desired currency from the bottom left hand corner of the store.
I want a refund
Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty and not working as sold no order can be refunded as per our TOS, please however let us know below on the support form or live-chat if you are not satisfied and we will be sure to try help you out with the issue.
